1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (from now on referred to as “Rules”) govern the relations between
Amusnet and the Participantsregarding their participation in Stoichkov#8 Promotion (from now on referred
to as “Promotion”).
1.2. Participants may enter the Promotion by sending an email by 25th June 2024 to their dedicated
Commercial Manager confirming their participation. Even if Participants do not send an email, their
participation may still be taken into account by the Amusnet Content & Tracking Team (“Content & Tracking
Team”) in case Participants meet all Promotion’s requirements as outlined in these Rules.
1.3. These Rules are binding for all Participants in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion,
Participants declare and confirm that they have read and agreed to these Rules.
1.4. For the purposes of the Rules these terms shall have the following meaning:
- AMUSNET GAMING LIMITED, with a secondary office at Via Arenula 16, Rome (RM) CAP 00186, Italy,
with REA number RM-1677746 and registration number 16819191004 (from now on referred to as
“Amusnet”); - Participant - a Company, with which Amusnet or its distributors, if any, has concluded a License
Аgreement, and, it has entered the Promotion; - End User - a person who uses the Amusnets` games and related services operated on the Participants’
online casino websites; - Game – the game Stoichkov#8 owned by оr licensed to Amusnet and subject of the Promotion;
- Amusnets` Games – games owned by or licensed to Amusnet.
2. Participation
2.1. Period of the Promotion
The Promotion will run from 00:00 UTC on 27th June 2024 until 23:59 UTC on 14th July 2024 (“Promotional Period”) and it will be divided into 3 Phases. Each phase provides different minimum requirements for fulfilment.
2.2. Entering the Promotion
The Participant shall enter the Promotion by fulfilling the terms of clause 1.2., by an employee or other
person who is authorised by the Participant.
2.3. Minimum promotion requirements
a) Phase 1 (from 00:00 UTC on 27th June 2024 until 23:59 UTC on 1st July 2024):
For the period of Phase 1, the Participant must fulfil the following requirements:
- Placement:
- The Participant must place the Game along with another game owned or licensed to Amusnet,
namely the game “Shining Crown” among the top 1-7 positions in the casino lobby top category of
its website; - The Participant must place the Game among the top 1-5 positions in section "New" of the casino
lobby of its website; - The Participant must place the Game among the top 1-3 positions in the section "Euro
games/Football games" of its website, where applicable.
- The Participant must place the Game along with another game owned or licensed to Amusnet,
- The Participant must include a super banner with the Game, among the 1-3 positions in the casino
lobby of its website. - The Participant must send 1 newsletter to End Users, promoting the Game and 1 push notification
on its website, highlighting both the Game and other Amusnets` games. The Content & Tracking
Team reserves the right to request proof, such as screenshots, to verify that this requirement has
been duly fulfilled. - The Participant must use a portrait size/double size Thumbnails of the Game on its website where
applicable.
b) Phase 2 (from 00:00 UTC on 2nd July 2024 until 23:59 UTC on 6th July 2024):
For the period of Phase 2, the Participant must fulfil the same requirements as from Phase 1.
c) Phase 3 (from 00:00 UTC on 7th July 2024 until 23:59 UTC on 14th July 2024):
For the period of Phase 3, the Participant must fulfil the following requirements:
- Placement:
- The Participant must place the Game along with another game owned or licensed to Amusnet,
namely the game Shining Crown among the top 1-3 positions in the casino lobby top category of
its website; - The Participant must place the Game among the top 1-3 positions in section "New" of the casino
lobby of its website; - The Participant must place the Game in top 1 position in section "Euro games/Football games" of
its website, where applicable.
- The Participant must place the Game along with another game owned or licensed to Amusnet,
- The Participant must include a super banner with the Game in 1st position in the casino lobby and
in 3rd position in the sports section of its website where applicable. - The Participant must organise at least one cross-sale bonus promotion, allowing End Users to earn
a bonus on Amusnets` games by placing bets on the Game. - The Participant must send 1 newsletter to End Users, promoting the Game and 1 push notification
on its website, highlighting both the Game and other Amusnets` Games. The Content & Tracking
Team reserves the right to request proof, such as screenshots, to verify that this requirement has
been duly fulfilled. - The Participant must use a portrait size/double size Thumbnails of the Game on its website where
applicable. - The Participant must place an animated Thumbnail of the Game in the casino lobby of its website
where applicable.
3. Reward
3.1. Participants who meet the minimum promotion requirements specified in clause 2.3 will be eligible
for the following deductions:
- If the Participant fulfils the requirements of Phase 1, it will receive a deduction in the amount of
25% from the Net Gaming Revenue generated by the Game for the corresponding period; - If the Participant fulfils the requirements of Phase 2, it will receive a deduction in the amount of
25% from the Net Gaming Revenue generated by the Game for the corresponding period; - If the Participant fulfils the requirements of Phase 3, it will receive a deduction in the amount of
30% from the Net Gaming Revenue generated by the Game for the corresponding period; - If the Participant fulfils the requirements of Phase 1 and Phase 2, it will receive a deduction in the
amount of 25% from the Net Gaming Revenue generated by the Game for each of the
corresponding periods; - If the Participant fulfils the requirements of Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3, it will receive a deduction
in the amount of 50% from the Net Gaming Revenue generated by the Game for the whole
Promotional Period.
3.2. The deductions specified in clause 3.1. are not cumulative and apply only to the corresponding
period. A 50% deduction for the Promotional Period will only be granted upon fulfilling the requirements
of all three phases.
3.3. For the purpose of these Rules, “Net Gaming Revenue” shall mean the total amount of all Bets
placed by the End Users on the Amusnets` games minus all Winnings on the Amusnets` games,
the gaming tax in Italy, and/or any bonus deduction, both if applicable. For the purposes of this
definition:
- “Bets” shall mean the total amounts placed in the Amusnet games by the End Users;
- “Winnings” shall mean the total amounts of winnings paid to the End Users from the
Amusnet games; - “Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR)” shall mean the total amount of the Bets placed by the End
Users minus the Winnings;
3.4. The deductions specified in clause 3.1. will be applied by Amusnet to the invoices issued to
Participants for the month of July 2024.
4. Progress monitoring
4.1. Participants can monitor their progress and view achieved deductions, which will be available on
the Promotional landing page from 27th June until 14th July.
5. Rights and obligations of Amusnet
5.1. Amusnet has the right to use and publish the Participants’ name, image, social media handle,
videos and pictures, in all its’ media, for publicity and PR purposes, in relation to the participation of the
Participant in the Promotion. By accepting these Rules, the Participant consents to the above use of this
information and data by Amusnet.
5.2. Amusnet has the right to modify, cancel or terminate the Promotion, at any time. In such cases the
Participants confirm that they shall not have any claim for compensation, reimbursement, indemnity or
penalties whatsoever.
5.3. Amusnet has the right, at its sole discretion, to amend and/or supplement these Rules, and such
amendments shall be effective immediately upon sending them via e-mail to the Participant.
5.4. Amusnet shall not be liable for non-receipt of the reward, where the reward cannot be provided,
and or be made use of it due to force majeure circumstances or regulatory and / or compliance restrictions
of any kind.
